How can you ensure your information is reliable when researching health-related topics?  

To ensure the veracity and reliability of information when researching health related topics we must first start our search correctly. It is this first step that will determine what we are shown and what information we will be able to see. Needless words should be omitted from the search term, quotation marks and any other measures should be used to make the search term more specific.

Beyond the first websites there are more websites that will have valuable information; not all websites can be trusted. The author, source of information, organization, sources, experts that are found in the website are important to evaluating whether the website is to be trusted or not.
