Goals 2018-2019

Academic Goal:

In 5 months, I will to do better in science and help others in class rather than asking for help most of the time. I will do this by:

  1. Take more notes in class
  2. Ask teacher for more videos to watch during free time
  3. Do more personal research in the parts I’m not as confident in

Wellness Goal: 

In 6 months, I will improve my flexibility for dance by being in all my splits. I will do this by:

  1. Stretch as much as possible in-between dance classes
  2. Use the tutorial my friend sent me
  3. Wake up early every day to stretch and also stretch at night

Personal Goal:

By the end of the year, I hope to have made at least 4 new friends in my class, because I don’t know many people in my class. Also, most of them prefer to speak Chinese, and my Chinese isn’t very strong, so it’s hard to communicate with them. I will know I have reached this goal when I can have a casual conversation with them without it seeming forced. I will do this by:

  1. Sitting with different people in class
  2. Try to speak in Chinese sometimes
  3. Talk to people I’m not really familiar with
