This is the food that I brought in for PE. It is a traditional Chinese dish that we sometimes eat when it is the weekend or just when it is a normal day.

Some of the things that I found out from my research on cardiovascular disease was that if you eat fruits and veggies and lots of fish, you will decrease the chance of getting cardiovascular disease. My info is in the graph below, but for some of the foods in the “food that you can eat” category, you can’t eat too much or too little, for example, salt.
