Kristin Damberger has been in education for the last ten years and is starting her first at ISB as a Grade 8 Math and Science facilitator. She is originally from Bozeman, Montana but lived and taught in California before moving to Beijing six years ago. She holds bachelor degrees from Montana State University-Bozeman in both Applied Psychology and Education as well as a masters degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champagne in Global Education Policy.
Ms. Damberger firmly believes in the power of a supportive learning environment wherein students are not only challenged to succeed but encouraged to fail, for it is through failure that one truly becomes successful. This year will surely be one of great successes and great failures, all of which will be celebrated.
