Magical Darkness

I picked the Photography ignite experience because I’ve always had a passion in photography and I haven’t gotten to do that this year, so this was a opportunity to express my creativity though photography. Through this project I learned about light painting and ways to manipulate light in order for it to appear like a drawing. I also learned how to make objects appear as if they were levitating or floating. If I were to do this again I would probably spend more time trying to float objects because I only got a few of those.

Duble Exposure

I chose this project because I am interested in photography and editing. I learnt a lot about taking photos, like the shutter speed, ISO and the angles to take the photos. If I could do it again, I would watch videos and tutorials in advance so I had the full 4 days to work on editing.

Exploring the Wilds

During Ignite Week, I learned the photography basics, more precisely the photography technique of bokeh photography. Photography is a new interest in me, and through bokeh photographs and different editing tools, I was hoping to capture a shot that would showcase how people could see things differently. Everyone’s point of view is different, some may focus on a distinct object, and other can concentrate on something else. Through photography, I could express my point of view and show others.
