I started my project well, with all the colors organized and having a plan of what to do, but I realized that I overestimated my skills and how fast I could stitch. As even if I worked over the weekend, I couldn’t finish my project or even just the water part. Therefore, reiterated my plan again, and focused on just the animals and the details. I finished the boat and all the animals in my project for the exhibition to show what I have done.
My biggest takeaway from this project was the ability to be patient and work with one thing, not giving up. I plan to continue with this project over the summer break until I finish the entire thing. This last Ignite Week was peaceful and wonderful.
