My cardboard arcade design

These are two pictures of our design quarter. The first picture is about me and my teammates, Serena and Scarlet. The second picture is our design project. The Soccer arcade.

I think my biggest success was the whole design semester. We designed, make, and fixed a lot of the work, at last, our project was finally made. The 4th graders actually like it, one of the boys came to our arcade about 5 times playing, even though our shooter is a bit hard to control but they all willing to try.

One thing I’d like to change is the shooter. The shooter is hard for 4th graders to shoot, you have to try a lot of times to work it out. Next time when I plan to make a soccer arcade, I should change the shooter into hand flicking.

Overall, I think our game was successful because lots of people like it and want to try even though the shooter is hard to control.  I really appreciate them for trying our game.

Design quarter is over by today, I will remember the joyful memory of design.

I’m from the family parties on the weekend.

Here’s my poem that I made fro the humanities lesson. Please enjoy!

When you blog you create posts and posts are categorised according to your subject. Some categories have already been set up for you. If you need more categories you can add them as needed. It’s important that your posts have the following:

  • An engaging title – this should not include the name of the subject since this is referenced in the category.
  • Body – this is where you share your learning. This can include text, images, embedded videos from Dragons’ Tube or elsewhere. You should always consider how your post looks to your audience. Is it engaging? Do they want to keep reading?
  • Category – select one that has been set for you or add a new category. Posts can have more than one category e.g. Humanities and Myself as a Learner
