My cardboard arcade game-soccer game

If I did this again, one thing that I would do different is that I would reduce the layer of cardboard to 2 to 1 and I wouldn’t make this arcade. I notice that 4th grade student prefer easy and more simple game than complicating game. So I would not make this arcade if I had notice this fact. And because the layer of the stadium  was too thick, so magnets didn’t work very well, so when they were playing, it was hard for them to play.

One piece of advice I would give a future doing this project is don’t make hard game, and don’t believe the picture in the youtube. Students don’t like hard game, they prefer simple and common kind of game like basketball game and shooting game. And when you watch video on youtube, you might think the game is very easy to make and fun. It is fun when you make it perfect. Those youtuber are all high skilled and very handful. We(student) can’t make exact same game as the game in the photo.

Overall, I think this product was unsuccessful because no one enjoy ours game and me either think that this game is too hard, complicating and boring. If I had another chance to make another game, I wouldn’t make this game.

Welcome to Your New Blog!

When you blog you create posts and posts are categorised according to your subject. Some categories have already been set up for you. If you need more categories you can add them as needed. It’s important that your posts have the following:

  • An engaging title – this should not include the name of the subject since this is referenced in the category.
  • Body – this is where you share your learning. This can include text, images, embedded videos from Dragons’ Tube or elsewhere. You should always consider how your post looks to your audience. Is it engaging? Do they want to keep reading?
  • Category – select one that has been set for you or add a new category. Posts can have more than one category e.g. Humanities and Myself as a Learner
